PHOTOGRAPHIC POINT

Caught my attention to see these old cameras in my visit to Orlando. I wondered at the time: how many opportunities, the photographer had at that time to take a picture (?). From what I know, it was a complex and tedious process from taking the picture perfectly, to be disclosed in the darkroom. It's not like now that digital cameras help you a lot, showing the image you made on the screen. If you do not like it, you delete it with a single button. Not to mention printing; is no longer necessary darkroom. With this current use, we forget that photography has a flow that starts with an idea and should always end with a print. The truth is that viewing a picture on screen is not the same as having it printed. You will notice if you applied editing is really good... it was also fantastic with the camera roll, then you ought to also think more than once which photo do (to avoid wasting the roll). All were planning to minimize any error. My respects to those photographers... not saying that now photographers (the good ones) do not plan the contrary they do a very professional manner; however, I can say that things are more dynamic to take pictures, that is, we can see the picture before printing and is easier to have a memory card that a roll. To the point I'm getting at with all this is that despite having a digital camera, we must create a reality we want to show and find the moment to freeze it in time and will be of interest. Take your time thinking about a concept to communicate through photography. If it´s a landscape picture, then find that perfect angle that shows your photo composition.
